An undercover geek who leads.

Some people might describe me as an undercover geek, and I'd say that's fair.

I've built my career by surrounding myself with great professionals and great clients, right at the intersection of technology and real world impact. Whether it's electrical systems, electronics, IoT, analytics, video, networks or software, I genuinely enjoy being immersed in technology and how it's applied to solve meaningful problems.

One of the things I value most is bringing teams together to accomplish what others believe is impossible.

I believe strongly in accountability and high expectations, but I also believe you can have fun while delivering results. When people enjoy what they do and feel supported, they go above and beyond, not because they have to, but because they want to.

I was taught early on that cool heads prevail. When things get complex, I take a step back, assess the situation, build a thoughtful plan, and then move forward with confidence.
